Activities and responsibilities

  • Infrastructure monitoring system design (definition of requirements and system layouts)
  • FEM analysis of the infrastructures being monitored,
  • Post processing data produced by monitoring systems
  • Participation in “on site” activities (installation, configuration, initialization, testing of monitoring systems).

Requirements

  • Experience in infrastructure analysis (e.g. bridges/tunnels)
  • Experience in FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis of infrastructures (e.g. bridges/tunnels)
  • Availability for frequent trips on national territory
    It constitutes preferential title experience in BIM systems (Building Information Modeling)

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervision of installations of fiber optic monitoring systems;
  • Management of site criticalities and resolution of site problems
  • Management of inspections, drafting and compilation of surveys
  • Drafting and compilation of documents relating to the construction site.
  • As-Build editorial staff.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma (preferably Surveyor);
  • experience of at least 3 years at construction sites;
  • problem solving;
  • simple mechanical assembly;
  • compilation and consultation of Autocad documents;
  • good knowledge of written and spoken English;
  • very welcome experience of installation and use of monitoring systems
  • availability for travel in Italy and abroad.

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design of monitoring systems/measurements, modelling of the behaviour of the materials of the structures being monitored, analysis of the data produced by the monitoring systems, participation in installation activities, set-up, testing of monitoring systems.

  • Experience of modeling the behavior of materials subject to monitoring
  • Experience in data analysis of measurements on materials

ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Configuration, management, control and maintenance of server/multi-server systems in a Linux environment
  • Configuration, management, control and maintenance of system processes in a Linux environment
  • Configuration, management, control and maintenance of network performance
  • Configuration, management, control of data retention
  • Configuration, management, control, maintenance of multithreaded modules /applications with balancing vs multi VM structure, for IoT platforms
  • Configuration, management, control, maintenance of Mongo DB.
  • Configuration, management, control, maintenance of data streaming (Apache Kafka)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma;
  • experience of at least 3 years as a Linux system systemist
    Mongo DB and Apache Kafka;
  • configuration and management experience;
  • network management experience with mac, windows and linux machines;
  • problem solving;
  • drafting and compilation of testing protocols;
  • good knowledge of written and spoken English;
  • availability for short trips to Italy and abroad;
  • Linux operating systems experience.
